administrator and use the command line:
certutil -addstore trustedpeople D:/SeaofThieves/Microsoft.SeaofThieves_2.103.908.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.cer
PS: change (D:) in command line if your game on another hard drive then (D:)
2- Run “install.bat”
3- Launch the game from the Start menu.
PS: use a fake Xbox live account.
